p. 133-142
This paper is written from an energy stance on the ground that energy is the universal substrate of the dynamical universe. The first part is about the dynamical structure of natural systems, whose origins are traced to their evolutionary character. A distinction is made between the ways in which energy is transformed in the process of cosmic evolution and the ways it is distributed in local contexts. The second part is given to philosophical considerations of some of the points raised in the first part.
