Comparison of the effect of schema and mindfulness model on increasing the psychological capital of addicted women
Abstract
Goal: the present study has been performed with the goal pf comparing the effect of Schema and mindfulness model on increasing the social psychological capital of addicted women.
Methodology: a number of 30 individuals amongst the addicted women of the Women’s Navid Aramesh camp in the Gorgan were randomly selected and were placed in the two groups of significance and examination. Each group were given the Lothanz psychological capital questionnaire as a pre-examination. Then the Yang questionnaire was given to the examination group and they were exposed to 8 sessions of schema model tutoring and the 2nd examination group were also given the Kentucky mindfulness questionnaire and were exposed to 8 sessions of mindfulness tutoring then another time the Luthanz questionnaire was given as the post examination to the three groups and the results were analyzed with the covariance analyzing examination.
Conclusion: the tutoring program of schema and mindfulness models could both be effective on increasing the psychological capital of addicted women that it is notable that with comparing the marks between psychological capital in effectivity of two schemas no meaningful difference was observed.
