Effets linéaires et non-linéaires dans la réponse des matériaux holographiques

Abstract

The amplitude transmittance of holographic of patterns:

1° the object is a Ronchi ruling with spatial frequency varying from 2 till 100 c/mm.

2° the pattern is the light distribution produced in a two-beam interference.

Results indicate that linear transfer theory is only applicable to the case of the copy of the 2 c/mm ruling.

For the sine wave pattern, the amplitude transmission is not relevant with linear transfer even if the sample is immersed in a liquid with matching index.
