Abstract
First, through my real-life experience, I look at the evolution of the geography during the 20th century, then I precise how I could collaborate with the research in didactic of Bernadette Mérenne-Schoumaker and I propose in particular a differentiated pedagogy to form learning persons which proves to be more and more indispensable for groups of thirty children having divers profiles. Let’s note down : that to form is more than to inform and that the three axis of the proposed formation are : to motive the learning person, to structure through a systemic approach, to evaluate the competences in a transparency way.
