Abstract

The study of the vineyard climates requires a methodology adapted to fine scales. In this article, we use a methodology in order to study the climate at the regional scales in the vineyards of the northern part of France. Köppen climate classification and Hess-Brezowsky classification were applied for the Saumur, Reims, Colmar end Dijon weather stations of the French network (Météo-France). Results show various climate nuances, influenced by the latitude, the continentality and topography.
