Measurements of suspended load carried by the Meuse river have been made during floods at eight locations distributed on the Belgian course of the river. Regression lines were obtained for the relationships between discharge of water and the amount of suspended load. Comparisons between the regressions at the different places indicate parts of the river where some sedimentation occurs and other parts where some new sediments are added in the river bed.
